Our client, a global organisation are looking to appoint a Skills Facilitator to support with the development and training of their staff.

With multiple sties across the UK, our client is one of the largest providers of their services within the UK. With their unique and innovative products that they offer, over the last 5 years the have seen considerable growth across many of their sites.

As a business they are now looking for an individual who is able to create and implement training programme's to deliver to the staff.

Within this role you will be given the autonomy to manage your own day and implement processes and training where you feel necessary, which as a result requires an individual who is able to self motivate and manage themselves accordingly.

Due to the nature of the role the client is looking for an individual who:

Has experience working within a contact centre
Understands what is required to train staff
Is comfortable delivering training programmes to multi employees
Can identify where areas on development are needed within staff
