Office Angels have an amazing opportunity for an experienced PA.

You will be part of a company who are world leaders in their field!

This a temporary role where you can really showcase your skills and experience, supporting the Managing Director as follows:

* Organising the Managing Director and support team in a proactive manner

* Organise and schedule meetings

* Prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings, take minutes during meetings (when required)

* Book business travel arrangements, including flights, transportation, and lodgings for the MD and other senior management

* Managing expenses and invoicing and Payroll

* Management of the Office Coordinator/Reception

* Maintain a strong working relationship with other relevant departments and EAs

* Liaise with other staff members on behalf of senior management

* Previous experience supporting at senior level

* Experienced in travel management

* Intermediate to advanced experience with office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)

* Outstanding communication skills and the ability to create and grow strong partnerships with colleagues

* Discretion and high regard for confidentiality

* Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
