An exciting part time opportunity has arisen in our Llanfairfechan office.
This role is 25 hours covering the core hours of our business Monday- Friday
The role will include the following :

* To provide effective internal and external client relationships in order to maximise bookings- this will include calling both existing clients and cold calling to establish contact and build relationships with potential and new clients
* To deploy a range of marketing techniques including mail shots, e-shots, telephone enquiries/suspecting, following-up on leads and cold-calls
* Working under the guidance of the Company Directors to ensure an efficient administrative service is provided to all aspects of the Training Academy
* To ensure training opportunities for workers and clients in the health and social sector are marketed efficiently and run at their optimum
* To book training venues for Academy events and training sessions
* To book accommodation for trainers where agreed
* To ensure registers of attendance are maintained, Terms and Conditions from clients are properly completed, participant certificates created and other relevant paperwork records are finalised, distributed as necessary and stored securely
* To liaise effectively with Key Care & Support Branch Managers to operate joined-up collaboration which supports the sales strategies of both Key Care & Support and Key Training Academy General Responsibilities:

* To present an appropriate, professional and courteous image to visitors, clients and workers involved with Key Care & Support and Key Training Academy
* To be aware of Data Protection issues and maintain data security, given the access granted to sensitive data such as personal information
* To follow company protocol in respect to Safeguarding of Adults and Children, including agreement to an annual DBS Check being carried out on the post holder in line with the Disclosure and Barring Service Policy
* To ensure knowledge is maintained and updated in relevant areas, including those related to compliance, Safeguarding and Data Protection
* To carry out any other tasks as reasonably agreed with Management Interested? Do you have telesales/ telemarketing experience and are looking for a part time role?
