Resource Solutions’ consultative service focuses on partnering with this client at a strategic level, ensuring that we provide a high level of relationship management and market insights to key stakeholders and hiring managers.</p><p>Operationally we are responsible for delivering permanent and temporary / contractor recruitment through our delivery teams in London, Birmingham and Manchester.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p><font color="#FF0000"><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></font></p><p> </p><p><strong>Recruitment Process Management:</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li> Ensuring appropriate levels of sign off prior to commencing job search</li><li> Act as the single point of accountability for business-aligned vacancies</li><li> Proactively source candidates via multi-media advertising, referrals, internal and external networking, database, candidate portal to effectively contribute to the target for direct recruitment</li><li> Screen CVs in line with the line managers requirements and arrange interviews as appropriate</li><li>Continue to develop innovative methods to attract top talent</li><li> Meet each line manager to discuss new vacancies and agree resourcing strategy</li><li> Develop sourcing strategies for pipeline requirements</li><li> Engage with Hiring Managers to obtain feedback through each stage of the process</li><li> Telephone screen candidates to assess competencies, skills and experience as part of the qualification process, where appropriate</li><li> Review shortlisted candidates to ensure they are of the right calibre before submission to the Hiring Managers</li><li> Act as the conduit between the client and internal PSL teams when external agencies have been engaged</li><li> Manage the offer process, including providing up-to-date salary / rate and market information and comparison data from recent hires in the business area and successful transition from offer stage to start date</li><li> Successfully negotiate and close approved offers with candidates</li><li> Liaise with the relevant function to hand over candidates for on boarding and monitor progress to start date</li><li>Ensure thorough and complete tracking history of every applicant progress, contact and feedback through the relevant recruitment systems</li><li>Providing strategic partnership with HR Advisors and key stakeholders, ensuring they are kept abreast of all recruitment developments and to understand their client’s recruitment needs – forecasting where possible</li><li>Project work and reporting, as given by the business and Account Lead, on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p><strong>Line Manager Relationship Management:</strong></p><p> </p><ul><li> Partner in recruitment activity and offer added value services</li><li> Regularly meet with line managers to discuss process and promote direct sourcing as both a cost saving initiative and value-added service of Resource Solutions</li><li> Build and maintain internal relationships with the client</li><li>Provide credible and consultative advice and support the client during the entire recruitment lifecycle</li><li> Maintain the agreed service levels with the client</li><li> Provide regular market information from both internal and external sources</li><li>Assist in writing approved jobs specs in line with legislative requirements where required</li><li> Process and Procedure Compliance:</li><li>Ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets</li><li> Ensuring ATS/Talentsource is accurate and up to date at all times</li><li>Ensure compliance with all Client policies (including approval systems, compensation policies, e-mail policies etc)</li><li>Keep abreast of market trends and legislative developments</li><li> Other duties which are reasonably within the capabilities of a staff member in this position may need to be performed from time to time, in addition to or instead of the above duties.
