An exciting opportuntiy has arisen for a talented and enthusiastic person to assist the Learning Area Manager in leading our succesful area of Creative Arts and Humanities. 

Our staff are passionate and committed in ensuring the many learners achieve their full potential, through innovative teaching styles and excellent outcomes and you will be required to ensure the highest standards of quality and student success continue.

You must have experience of team leadership through course coordination or a curriculum leadership role, supported by a sound knowledge of A level and vocational curriculum and a drive to move the area forward successfully.

You will have experience of leading teams within the educational sector and have an established record of fostering good working relationships and inspiring staff to offer the best for learners. An excellent knowledge of the developments in the creative industries and the willingness to establish relationships with local employers in order to drive the curriculum forward is also essential.

You will possess a recognised Teaching Qualification (PGCE or equivalent) and hold a relevant Degree or equivalent qualification. 

You will already hold or be willing to work towards achieving a Leadership and Management qualification.
