Taff Housing Association is successful and award winning with high levels of tenant and staff satisfaction. Based at our Head Office near Cardiff city centre, we manage just over 1500 homesin vibrant and mixed communities.

We now have an exciting opportunity for an Assets & Landlord Compliance Team manager to join our Development & Regeneration Team.

You will be responsible for managing the organisation's planned surveying and asset management functions as well as managing and monitoring all aspects of the landlord compliance function including gas safety, fire safety; electrical safety, asbestos management, legionella management and mechanical equipment management including line management of the landlord compliance team.

You will assist the Head of Development & Regeneration to implement the organisations Asset Management Strategy including undertaking viability appraisals of existing stock.

Your duties will include ensuring that the investment plan associated with Taff's homes is congruent with the annual budgets and the 5 and 30 year financial plans in order to develop the organisations cyclical and planned maintenance programmes.

You will be preparing to deliver the impending Welsh Government De-carbonisation and Energy Reduction Programme as well as continuing to meet the WHQS standard.
