An established organisation is seeking a customer service professional to join its team based in Llandudno. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experiences within the housing industry.

In the role of Customer Service Advisor you will be:
* Acting as first point of contact for all customer enquiries which will include telephone, email, letter and face to face enquiries
* Assisting customer with payment plans, housing advise and booking service appointments
* Managing the filing system and general office administration including data inputting

To be considered for the Customer Service Advisor you must have:
* Strong customer service and administration skills
* The ability to communicate in English and Welsh (Level 3 - Essential)
* Previous experience working in an office and customer focused environment
* Good IT and organisational skills

This is a full-time (Monday to Friday) 35 hours per week role on a temporary on-going basis based in Llandudno on a salary of £11.98 per hour plus holidays.
