Due to continued growth TLC is looking for Administrative Coordinators based at TLC's Swansea Head Office to support the current administration team. You will be joining a prestigious OFSTED Grade 1, national training provider to support their funded apprenticeship programmes.

As an Administrative Coordinator, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks and you should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office. This is a great opportunity to grow and develop your administrative skills in a fast growing company.

Your responsibilities will include:-
* Work closely with the executive assistants - providing support accordingly.
* Manage and monitor learner records
* Ensure filing systems are maintained and current
* Create learner portfolios and manage portfolio distribution.
* Manage and process test booking requests from the field team
* Manage and process stationary and courier requests from the field team
* Organise, process and monitor the record keeping of certificates at the centre.
* Registration of learners on awarding body systems
* Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
* Ensure that procedures for record keeping are followed
* Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data
* Handle inquiries
* Maintain professional and consistent attendance, punctuality and personal appearance
* Maintain a safe and secure working environment
* To undertake any other duties that may be reasonably assigned

The successful candidate will be joining a motivated, friendly and supportive team with numerous years' experience in administration.
