One of the UK's most established market leading testing firms based near Bangor has an opportunity for a strong Bilingual Administrator. Established nearly forty years ago our client has a fantastic reputation and prides itself on providing a quality service to its clients. You will be working with a friendly team who will be on hand to provide training and support if needed.

As part of your role, you will be responsible for the following:
* Providing administrative support to various departments
* Generating technical reports
* Raising invoices
* Dealing with quality assurance administration
* Taking all incoming enquiries including face to face, telephone and email
* Handling all incoming deliveries and post
* Typing letters, sending faxes, filing
* Writing up reports
* Updating data on Excel and Word

We are keen to speak to anyone who can demonstrate the following skills and / or experience:
* Excellent administration skills with previous experience in a commercial role
* Strong organisational skills
* Professional telephone manner
* Excellent communication skills
* Good level of proficiency with Word and Excel
* The ability to converse in Welsh is essential
* Full driving license and own vehicle is highly desirable

This position is a full-time temporary role for approximately 3 months, working Monday to Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, with an hourly pay rate of £8.21 plus holiday pay.
