In the Housing Officer Job you will be:

Providing a lettings and property management service including managing processes, monitoring arrears, complaint handling, annual H&S checks and risk assessments
The key point of contact for any enquiries from internal and external customers
Responsible for financial management ensuring that all financial policies and procedures are compliant
Ensuring clear administrative systems and accurate records are kept up to date.

To be considered for the Housing Officer Job you must have:

Previous experience of working in a similar role
Knowledge of housing legislation, housing issues, and homelessness legislation
An ability to work under pressure, with good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
A full driving license and car available for work use due to travelling within the role
Current DBS

This is a temporary full time (37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday) position for a period of 6 months and is based in Rhyl. The hourly rate is £11.21 per hour plus any accrued holiday time whilst on the assignment.
