Our established client is looking to recruit an additional IT support person into its established team based in St Mellons, Cardiff.

The Main Purpose of Role is to be responsible for the end to end design, implementation and support of infrastructure, both hardware and software.

Main Responsibilities:

Day to day service desk tasks along with 2nd & 3rd line project work.
Service desk work supporting both local and external users via either at desk or remotely.
Working within the team to deliver the services that the business requires day to day - possibly also out of hours.
Project work around servers
Integration of applications.

Skills and Attributes:

Active, Directory, Exchange, Lync, Azure, Office 365
Storage SAN / NAS
Microsoft Certification
Knowledge of Virtualisation (VMware)
Firewall Technologies & Security Management
Hardware Skillsets
Cisco switch management
SharePoint Online

Desirable

Knowledge of Sophos A/V and other A/V products
ITIL certification
ISO 20001 & (phone number removed) knowledge

Qualifications:

ITIL, CCNA, MCSA
