Enable Futures are operating as an employment business on behalf of its client and recruiting for a permanent Conveyancing Assistant based in Cwmbran, South Wales. The working hours are 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday 09:00am to 17:00pm.The annual salary is £25,000 PA.

Key Responsibilities:

* You will take responsibility for the customer journey after the Client Pack has been issued to the client.

* If the pack has not been returned by the customer in a timely manner you will contact the customer and politely prompt them to return this and answer any concerns they may have.

* You will liaise with clients via telephone/e-mail to request any missing information for the client pack.

* Once the pack is returned you will update the LEAP system to ensure accurate records are maintained.

* You will verify client identification in accordance with internal guidelines.

* You will issue 'Initial Instructions Letters' to the other sides' solicitor.

* You will create and chase Contract Packs.

* You will request searches and update LEAP with expected return dates.

* You will start the 'Initial Enquires' process and update/respond to any outcome or further information required.

* You will chase the other sides' solicitor for any required information.

* You will liaise with the customer and ensure all relevant signed documentation is returned in a timely manner.

* You will discuss exchange and completion dates with customers

Experience, attributes & skills sought:

* Proven ability to prioritise and manage both a varied and time pressured workload

* Self-Motivated team player, able to work autonomously and pro-actively

* Ability to work independently under supervision

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to understand client's requirements

* Confidentiality and discretion

* Ability to work to high standards and a high level of accuracy
