Job: IT Service Desk Analyst / Workspace Analyst
Location: Cardiff City Centre
Salary: £20,000 + Pension (19.5%) and annual bonus

Having achieved significant growth over the last few years Hodge has exciting plans to expand further and we want YOU to be a part of their success.

Hodge Bank is now looking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst to support the growth of the organisation and their expanding online presence. You will work closely with the infrastructure team and infrastructure team lead to ensure maximum uptime and support across the Bank's estate. This will include providing service desk level support to the entire organisations.

At Hodge has migrated their its datacentres primarily to the cloud as part of their digital first approach. You will be joining a great collaborative team that use modern infrastructure practises, have third party support and have a 2-year infrastructure strategy.

Skills and experience:

- Experience Providing 1st / 2nd Line service desk support.
- Experience working with Windows OS, AD and Exchange.
- Experience configuring hardware including Laptops and PC's is desirable.
- Any experience of IT Asset Management is desirable.
