My client, a national company known for providing healthcare solutions are looking for a site operations team leader to join them on a temp to perm basis.

Skills and background required:

The ability to manage and develop KPI performance measures and targets
Ability to cope and work under pressure
Must be a highly self-motivated individual
Problem Solving
Customer Focus
Attention to detail
2-3 years supervisory / management experience preferably with a large staff group
Experience of staff planning and development
Proven planning and organisational ability
High level of IT literacy
Ability to motivate staff
Proven communication skills (both written and verbal)
Good understanding and working knowledge of health and safety and employment law
