Are you a talented facilities professional looking to work for an up and coming organisation in the financial services sector? My client in Cwmbran is looking for you to improve their FM process and let you run the division.

Client Details

The client is a financial services provider, selling a range of products in the sector to the public and organisations alike.

Description
* Facilities management of both hard and soft services including catering and cleaning outsource, security and mechanical/electrical/gas building maintenance
* Managing a small team of facilities personnel
* Introducing and managing routine maintenance plans for building and equipment
* Creating a systematic approach to annual, seasonal and regular tasks and jobs
* Managing refurbishments, renovations and office moves
* Managing Health and Safety to regulatory standards; including DSE, First Aiders and Fire Marshals, Fire safety procedures and compliance, identifying risks
* Overseeing CCTV, security and personal alarms, TV and communications systems etc
* Maintenance, grounds and gardens onsite and offsite
* Provide out of hours emergency rapid response and occasional weekend works supervision

Profile

Ideally you will be IOSH and BIFM qualified and will have experience with both hard and soft service budgets.

Job Offer

£30000-£35000
