Salary £49,000 (dependent on experience) including Bonus and Benefits

40 Hours a week Monday to Friday

We have a fantastic opportunity in our Swansea office we are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst (Agresso) to join our team in Swansea. You will need to be self-driven and ambitious and be able to work on your own initiative.

The Business Systems Analyst (Agresso)primary responsibilities will be to technically support and develop the configuration of the Agresso solution for ISSC1 in the areas of HR, Payroll.

This role will also translate business requirements into solution design and functional requirements and will be responsible for documenting Agresso software configuration.

Primary Accountabilities and Deliverables:
* Responding to support calls escalated from the service desk and operational areas
* Maintenance of up to date call and problem records in the appropriate service management system.
* Communication of problem status or resolution to the end-user/customer help desks as required.
* Respond to change requests, this includes carrying out an initial impact assessment, making configuration changes and coordination of testing.
* Supporting bespoke configuration developments
* Carry out detailed design within functional areas to ensure that the design follows the functional area design principles and will not negatively impact existing configuration
* Ensure documentation is maintained in the appropriate repository.
* Document and deliver configuration changes in line with the SSC change control policy.
* Prototype solutions in the sandbox as part of continuous improvement.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex customer environment problems

Essential Skills and Attributes.
* Multiple Agresso ERP implementations in a Consulting role (may include experience with other ERP solutions)
* In-depth software knowledge of HR, Payroll
* Working in a live support environment to produce a product or service within specified timeframes and budget constraints
* Specifying and delivering template solutions within a shared services environment
* Ability to interpret/adapt solutions or approaches when formulating responses to issues or concerns.
* Experience in Business Process Analysis & Design and knowledge of business intelligence and reporting tools
* High level is written and verbal communication skills with senior levels of the organisation (internal and external).
* Strong relationship management, teamwork, communication, and reporting and presentation skills.
* Completed formal UNIT4 academy training for HR or Payroll
* Project Management Designation (PMP, Prince2)
