Acorn Recruitment is searching for a dynamic and experienced Telesales Executive to join a company that is a market leader in its field.

The successful candidate will be joining an expanding team based in the outskirts of Newport that is one of the UK's leading business finance providers and the largest independent finance house in Wales.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a big difference in a company with high growth objectives. This role is based within the company's marketing team and will generate leads for all areas of the business. An integral part of the sales process, the role needs drive and self-motivation to succeed in a fast paced B2B sales environment.

The role will involve:

* Contacting potential new prospects through telephone calls.
* Researching accounts and generating leads, ensuring accurate records are kept.
* Attending team meetings and training to keep up to date on the latest developments.
* Meeting personal and team sales targets.
* Exceeding minimum call volume targets.
* Generating a pipeline of activity and call back requests.
* Generating google reviews, testimonials and potential case studies to support our
marketing activity.
* Pro-actively promoting the business to SME's, creating opportunities to provide quotes
and setting up appointments.
* Talking to prospects looking at our website whilst they are online.
* Seeking opportunities to close sales and exceed customer expectations.
* Achieving a commission based monthly sales target.
* Managing the contact databases and providing ideas to maximise or improve systems
in place.

The ideal candidate:

* Excellent communicator.
* Proven record within B2B Telesales / Telemarketing.
* Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
* Confident and personable telephone manner.
* Self-motivated and passionate about achieving targets.
* Team player.
* Accurate reporting skills.
