We are now seeking a part time Support Worker to provide practical and emotional support to our client, a lady in her mid-50s with a brain injury.

The Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide outstanding practical and emotional support to our client, a lady in her mid-50s living in Cardiff.

Helping our client to live her life to the full, you will encourage her participation in practical, leisure and social activities both at home and in the community. This will be the ideal role for someone who is calm and patient with a non-judgemental approach.

About You

Interested? To be considered as a Support Worker, you will need:

- Previous care experience
- A full, valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Other organisations may call this role Support Worker, Care Worker, Personal Care Assistant, Healthcare Worker, Healthcare Co-ordinator, Care Co-ordinator, Social Care Worker, Care Assistant or Healthcare Assistant.

This is a part time role, working 10 hours per week, to be worked on Wednesdays (10:00am - 5:00pm) and Fridays (10:00am - 1:00pm). Flexibility on these hours would be a bonus.

This position requires a fully enhanced disclosure request from the DBS.
