What's the of role Web Chat Advisor about?

This bank thinks differently. Customers open an account, manage their everyday banking queries and can instantly view their current account and transactions via an app. Their mission is to make money work for everyone!

Whether the customer wants to move money or make changes to things like direct debits or create a standing order, this can all be managed on the app itself. Day to day, you will communicate to customers with outstanding queries, talking them through using the app or troubleshooting common banking queries with the aim to resolve any issues. And you'll communicate with customers via a chat facility. This is a really supportive role, so we're looking for empathetic individuals with a passion to deliver a really high level of service at all times.
* Provide the best customer support, developing a deep understanding of what our community really wants from a digital bank
* Confidently identify vulnerable customers and situations, helping to figure out what steps we can take to support them
* Deal with tricky payment related queries, investigate missing transfers or direct debits
* Help manage customers who are looking to open a new bank account
* Be an integral part of a growing team, helping to contribute to the growth of the team and the business

Opening hours are 06:00 - 22:00 - You'd work a shift between these times and occasional weekends!

Want to be successful as a Web Chat Advisor? This is what we're looking for:
* The majority of your time will be liaising with customers via a chat facility. So, we're really looking for strong literacy skills for your application to be successful. Your written skills and grammar will be assessed at interview
* Confident in using social media - Quick responses to customers in need, prioritising queries that need to be picked up swiftly.
* We want you to really care about customers. At times, you will need to speak with customers over the phone if anything cannot be resolved via the app
