An exciting full-time, temporary opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger. You will be joining an established business who have been delivering building and civil engineering projects across the region for several years.

In the Purchase Ledger Job, Mochdre, North Wales you will be responsible for:

Matching invoices to purchase orders and processing them in Sage packages
Processing supplier invoices
Liaising with internal and external contacts to resolve invoice queries
Generate, check and process payment runs
Ensure supplier data is kept up-to-date and is accurate
Making ad-hoc payments and payment of proforma invoices
Reconciling supplier statements to the ledger
Filing of documents
Occasional cover for reception

To be considered for the Purchase Ledger Job, Mochdre, North Wales you will need:

At least three years' experience in accounting environment essential
Good level of Microsoft Excel skills
Strong attention to detail
Good knowledge of Sage
Data Input Skills
Good telephone manner
Ability to prioritise workload and work to tight deadlines
Good level GCSE's or A Level in English & Maths

This is a full time, temporary role working Monday - Thursday 09.00am - 5:00pm and Friday 09:00am - 4:30pm with an hourly rate of £10.00 per hour plus holidays
