Main purpose of the role:

To develop business opportunities and contractual obligations across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

* To lead, motivate and develop a strong team embedding a business ethos with the wider team whilst enhancing a culture that fosters change.

* To ensure budgets are monitored, contract/sales income maximised and challenge is made to ensure efficiency's are delivered within the service.

* To seek out new business opportunities ensuring an entrepreneurial approach is taken.

* To complete PQQ and Tender documentation within the required time frames

* To lead on the development, management and review of any partnership

arrangements including the Section 33 Agreement for the Community Equipment Service.

* To attend Partnership meeting meetings, providing reports, updates and working with the chairs of the groups for the community equipment service delivery.

* To be the lead on new service developments required by the partnership and where required project manage new work streams

* To work with the pooled fund manager to ensure the pooled fund is managed effectively and any service variations considered for the pooled fund contributions

* To lead on the development of policies, procedures and protocols for the Partnership.

* To work with the Group Operational Manager in new service implementations

including IT implementations and developments

To be considered for this role you must have:

Experience of working in a diverse organisation delivering multiple services

*

Experience of risk managing services to mitigate risk

*

Experience of contract and performance management

*

Experience of working with suppliers and contractors to procure services and goods

*

Experience of delivering services within budgetary constraints and delivery of efficiency's within the organisation

* Have your own car

* Confidence and a willingness to challenge.
