Due to continued growth in their Pension division my client, a highly regarded blue-chip financial services organisation, currently seek several talented team Managers to join their growing division.

Your duties will be varied and revolve around ensuring that your team has the necessary tools to provide a consistently high service. responsibilities will include:
* Managing the team by example
* Leading developing, mentoring and motivating the team in order to meet company objectives
* Ensure workflow is managed effectively in order to maintain customer satisfaction
* Working towards and exceeding SLA's
* Identify and address areas of weakness through regular coaching and 1-2-1's
* Pro-actively manage and analyse all breaches and complaints
* Collate data in order to identify successes and failures and implement changes to address issues.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate a proven track record in successfully managing teams in a busy customer service environment. Previous experience in a financial services, insurance or regulated environment would be advantageous but not a pre-requisite. You will be a confident manager able to lead by example and ensure that team / company SLA's are met and that high levels of service are maintained.
