Our client is one of the best known and most highly respected financial services companies in the UK. Due to growth, they are currently looking for experienced Team Managers in their Pensions department.

Your duties will include:
* Delivering an excellent customer service by managing, leading, coaching, motivating and developing employees at all levels.
* Ensure team and department meet and exceed their targets and producing work of the expected quality within the timescales required.
* Proactively collating data and analyse feedback from all sources to ensure that customers' reasonable expectations of performance and service are met
* Manage and analyse all complaints, in order to mitigate risk within the business area and reduce the likelihood of reoccurrence.
* Be responsible for the development of the team in terms of skills, knowledge and motivation.
* Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage all aspects of the work, including representing the area and using opportunities to positively promote the department as a centre of excellence.

You will have:
* Previous Team Manager experience is essential, ideally within a regulated environment
* Experience within a contact centre environment
* Demonstrate effective performance management and coaching skills in order to maximise the team's potential.
* The ability to provide and understand appropriate MI
