Working for a high-profile client close to the City Centre, this busy and involved administrator role supports a small management team on a 9-12-month contract to cover maternity leave.

This busy lifestyle & retail firm in Cardiff seek an experienced Administrator / Office coordinator to join their busy team. This is a really exciting opportunity for a professional and enthusiastic administrator who wants to work in a vibrant and ever-changing environment. If you have any exposure to facilities management that would be highly advantageous although it is not essential!

Being the sole administrator in the office support team you would get involved in a variety of duties ranging from data management and reporting, facilities support, client relationship management and office management type tasks. You will be heavily relied upon and will have the opportunity to truly get stuck in!

Duties will include:
* Go-to person in the office!
* Responsible for office and data management including all general administrative duties
* The coordination of the support services, managing these services in the absence of the Manager
* Communicating with key stakeholders, directly with the client, surveyors and the support services, including maintenance, security, cleaning contractors and permit to work.
* Assisting with all property matters including tenant compliance and support.
* Coordination and monitoring of H&S and environmental compliance on the management and risk system as well as insurance notification, recording and monitoring.
* Client income and reporting of the car park data systems, including analysing trends and preparing the car park report for the Managers review and sign off.
* Preparation of the client management report, supporting the Manager in gathering required information including tenant engagement surveys (face to face with the tenants) and sales information, footfall, utilities, car park income, service charge and all operational matters relevant on a monthly basis.

The successful administrator will be required to provide on-call cover, every other weekend and in the absence of the CM for emergency support to the site team and will be provided with a mobile phone and email access as well as occasional onsite weekend cover to support large events.
