Receptionist / Administration Assistant - The Role:

We are looking for a full time Receptionist / Administration Assistant to join our friendly, professional and dynamic team. This is a fast-paced role for an eager person who will be an essential lynchpin between Reception and the Departmental Assistants (DAs) team within SRK. This is a varied dual role for someone who thrives on being the first point of contact when required and able to undertake a variety of administration duties. The team constantly deals with reactive enquiries; therefore, no two days are ever the same.

SRK requires someone who is extremely professional with a proactive and enthusiastic attitude, and who is willing to be flexible and enjoys multi-tasking.

Receptionist / Administration Assistant - Essential Requirements:

- Previous experience of working within a consulting, professional services or similar environment and within a similar role.

- Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Ability to adapt to a wide variety of assignments for complex travel arrangements (specifically international travel).

- Effective organisation and time management skills with the ability to work on own with a fluctuating workload.

- Competent in implementing priorities and managing multiple tasks to a high standard without direct supervision.

- Good attention to detail and exceptional time management.

- Smart, professional demeanours.

- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to maintain absolute data confidentiality.
