Our Client is looking for an Underwriting Support Advisor to join their team in Flint.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the Underwriting Team in the delivery of underwriting strategy on speciality non-standard risks.
* Coordinating the Underwriting response on non-standard risks and mid-term adjustments
* Checking underwriting weekly reports and agreeing actions with underwriting team
* Liaising with Trinity Claims on claim discrepancies
* Obtaining Underwriting terms for non-standard cases
* Delivering terms to customers with non standard / high risk feature as specified by the Underwriters
* Consistently delivering a high level of service to minimise customer complaints
* Investigation of background in order to have an informed conversation with the customer enabling resolution and complete point of contact throughout the customer journey
* Helping support the business growth by taking on any additional responsibility necessary to meet the set objectives of the business
