Cordant People are currently recruiting a Fluent German speaker to join their client as a customer service representative.

If you are a fluent German speaker and you are looking for your next job role then this may be the one for you.

Your job role will be a customer service representative but you don't necessarily need experience. As long as you are comfortable with using the phone and comfortable with an office based environment with hours of 8-4:30 then this could be the job for you.

Your role will involve you taking calls from companies in the UK and Germany and potentially other countries if you speak other languages. It will involve you answering they're queries and helping them with they're questions. All of these calls are INBOUND only.

You will not be required to make out bound calls.

Job roles:

* To answer customer service queries and record insurance information from customers, insurance brokers and insurance companies.

* To manage incoming call volumes/enquiries within agreed time scales as set out within the Best Practice document.

* To ensure that all information provided is verified and recorded accurately.

* To maintain an effective working relationship with Lessors, Customer's Insurance Brokers/Companies and Suppliers providing the highest standards in customer service at all times.

* To deal with all correspondence within agreed time scales ensuring that our client's insurance criteria is met.

* To support our client/customers by adopting a professional manner.

* To ensure that the diary system is fully up to date at all times with the case information so that any member of the team can review a case at any time.

* To be able to prioritise workloads on a daily basis to ensure company/Lessor/Supplier service level agreements are met if not exceeded.

* To be able to deal with any complaint/expression of dissatisfaction made within agreed steps as set out with our complaints handling policy.

* To support fellow team members to ensure that business as usual is maintained.

* To act as mentor/buddy to less experienced staff to ensure that they reach the required standard.

To be successful:

* Willing to work in an office environment

* Team player

* Be comfortable using the phone

* Comfortable working in a fast paced environment

* MUST BE FLUENT IN SPEAKING GERMAN

* Ability to speak other languages is desirable

You will get rewarded with a £20,000 salary with hours Monday to Friday 8:00 - 4:30 and work part of a great team.
