Our client is looking for an Installations Project Cordinator to join their team. The role will involve managing key client and bespoke installation projects. The responsibilities include the coordination, communication, organisation, resource allocation and completion of projects on time and meeting customer expectations. Overseeing all aspects of the installation project, set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarise progress of project to key internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
* Agree Installation objectives with client, sales and engineering teams
* Attend and organise all remote contact in relation to this project
* Create project plan to encompass all phases and communication approach for the installation
* Receive and assist in the quote from field base equipment sales specialists in order to process orders in line with the order flow
* Responsible for financial set up and securing financial documentation and arrangements in line with the project plan
* Responsible for ensuring equipment orders are placed and delivery dates align with overall project time lines
* Reporting to the client and internal stakeholders on progress and progress updates and accurately record all communications and actions into the CRM system
* Responsible for the completion of all installation paperwork and verification of accuracy
* Responsible for ensuring completion of all pre-install visits
* Maintain and document all Risks associated with the project
* Liaison with Equipment operations to ensure arrival of equipment and equipment checks are completed in advance of installation

Essential Skills
* A good standard of education is required
* Specialised Knowledge and Skills: Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Excel, IT literate
* Excellent organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Problems solving and decision-making skills
* Previous project management experience or project co-ordination would be an advantage

Company offer an excellent working environment and on-going career development they offer a 10% bonus on top of salary which is paid quarterly (£700) taking salary up to 31-33K.
