Vargo has an exclusive opportunity for an experienced Complaints Executive to join a successful Financial Services Operations team. This is a key role supporting the Head of Operations with all customer related complaints.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a frontline customer facing role that included complaint identification, investigation and resolution. Knowledge of FCA, DISP rules and the application of these in the financial services industry.

Be able to identify customer situations that may require specialist handling (e.g. vulnerability or fraud) and refer as appropriate.

JOB ROLE (INCLUDES)
* Front line customer contact,
* Complaint investigation
* Resolution,
* Root cause analysis
* Identifying /owning the completion of preventative actions to reduce future complaints.
* Working with other areas of the business to provide training
* Feedback to colleagues to improve their complaint handling skills in accordance with internal policies and processes
* Ensuring fair outcomes from customers is embedded within the company culture
* Handle all complaints within best practice guidelines
