We are seeking to appoint a highly organised, experienced administrator to join a very busy Marketing and Admissions team.

Responsible for the central admissions process for all full time students you will organise interviews and prepare all documentation for interviewing prospective students, contribute to the organisation of full time enrolment days and deliver training on the admissions process to interviewing teams.

You will need excellent organisation and problem solving skills, the ability to work flexibly under pressure and excellent attention to detail.

Past experience of working with young people will be required as well as experience of working with office routines and procedures.

In addition, you will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively both internally and with external stakeholders. Entry level Welsh Language skills are desirable for this post.

Flexibility is essential to work across different College sites and on weekends and evenings when necessary.

Appointments will normally be made to the bottom of the salary scale with annual increments on 1st August each year (subject to completing 6 months service).
