Employability Tutor (Care)

Basic salary: £22,000 per annum rising to £23,500 per annum.

Additional benefits of generous holiday package, contributory pension scheme, healthcare scheme and more. Total Reward Package: £25,000 per annum

Base: ACT Skills Centre, Bridgend

Hours of work: 37 hours per week.

We are looking for an adaptable, confident and passionate Employability Tutor to deliver engaging and interesting employability sessions with a care focus to our Traineeship (16-18 year olds) at our skills centre in Bridgend but covering all centres if needed.

The role is peripatetic and fits within the Traineeship delivery team, reporting to the Care Sector Lead. The successful applicant will be responsible for the delivery of both entry level 3 and level 1 C&G Employability skills qualifications.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required.
