SVC, sister charity of Innovate Trust, is an independent, student-led charity. We support 500+ individuals to volunteer across our 30+ Volunteering Projects in Cardiff, the Vale of Glamorgan, Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT) and Gwent.

Our projects aim to enhance the lives of our beneficiaries, whilst providing skill development and a rewarding experience to our dedicated volunteers. We work with a wide range of beneficiaries including; children and young people with additional needs, adults with disabilities and/or mental health conditions and older people. Furthermore, we deliver school-based initiatives, and community initiatives aiming to make South Wales a safer Community.

We are looking to recruit three enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our expanding team. Applicants must possess a positive attitude towards disadvantaged and vulnerable people, excellent communication skills and flexibility.

We currently have three roles available, all are fixed term for 12 months:

  • 2 x Full Time Project Coordinator Role, Cardiff - £17,141 - £19,584
  • 1 x Full Time Project Coordinator Role, Cardiff and RCT - £17,141 - £19,584

Each role will be responsible for a case load of projects and successful applicants will be the main point of contact and support for their respective projects’ Lead Volunteers and Project Volunteers. All team members will be instrumental in the training, supervision and vetting of our volunteers.

An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check is required for all three roles.
