Scrum Master Agile, Development, R&D

£45,000 - £55,000 (DOE)
We're helping to scale the team for a market leading Cloud Consultancy and currently looking for a certified Scrum Master. Key projects focus across a range of areas including Cloud migration, security, Serverless development, R&D, DevOps and Kubernetes so we're looking for someone who will encourage a culture of innovation focused on adding value as well as give people the space to think creatively!

It would be great if you have experience in organisational Agile transformations and/or have developed Agile systems in a startup incubator; day to day you will drive the progress of one or more agile projects, typically to deliver a specific product or transformation via a multi-disciplinary, highly skilled digital team.

They don't have tech must haves and a wish list of skill sets they succeed as a team and are looking for someone that can add real value to what they do. We don't mind what languages and tools you have used if you are confident that you can learn what you need to, can spot the warning signs of things going wrong and provide a decisive response to significant delivery challenges, then this is the right opportunity for you!

What we are looking for strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of Lean / Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Scaled Agile) and how to apply them Other than that you should
* have proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity
* be adept at breaking down barriers for your team, and both planning at a higher level and getting into the detail to make things happen when needed.
* have a sound understanding of the digital landscape
* understand backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, task definition, and the use of JIRA
* be experienced in assessing, evaluating, and questioning team member activities and processes in all functional areas and make sound organisational decisions based upon evidence.
