The Role: HR Assistant
We currently have a permanent opportunity for a H.R. Assistant. You will be assisting the existing H.R. team, reporting to the H.R. manager and site manager. You will be required to collaborate with the H.R. Manager in order to guarantee the correct management of human resources in the reference plant.

The main Duties and Responsibilities will include:
• Guarantee the correct and efficient control of administrative processes concerning the personnel’s management, in particular of their payroll.
• Collaborate with H.R. Manager in the control of all topics and institutes concerning working relationships, on the basis of the law and contract regulations in force.
• Support H.R. Manager in the activities related to the personnel’s management in the reference plant.
• Support H.R. Manager in the activities of collaboration and support to the Country Operations Manager for the achievement of his/her aims.
• Collaborate with H.R. Manager in the definition of reference reporting, supervising its correct and prompt drafting.
• Support the H.R. Manager in the activities concerning the carrying out of the annual training plan in the reference plant.
• Contribute to the maintenance and development of a working environment where cohesion and collaboration are favoured.
• Apply the Corporate Principles and Values.

Job Specific Skills and Experience/Qualifications:
• Ideally hold or be willing to work towards a CIPD Level 3 Qualification in Human Resources
• Previous experience of payroll is desirable
• Knowledge of Auto Enrolment is preferred
• Previous experience of SAP is desirable
• Previous experience of using Time and Attendance systems is desirable
• Will need previous experience of working in a H.R. generalist role
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload
• Accuracy and confidentiality are vital skills
