We are recruiting an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager to manage our Homecare services in the RCT, Cardiff and Barry areas. This is a permanent, full-time position offering an annual salary of £29,664 to £32,478, a generous pension, private medical scheme and holiday allowance.

What you’ll need

To be successful for this position you will be an experienced people manager with previous demonstrable experience in a similar role within Care.

You will be responsible for managing and developing the homecare service in the areas you cover, ensuring all legislative obligations, service standards and other requirements are met.

You will manage a large team including your deputy, coordinators and team leaders.You will be responsible for ensuring appropriate staffing levels, staff training and performance.To achieve this you will work closely with the HR, Resourcing and Learning and Development teams.

You will be responsible for your budgets and monitoring expenditure.  You will also possess a management or care qualification equivalent to QCF Level 5.
