We are looking for a warm, patient and reliable individual to support an 8-year-old girl with Downs Syndrome in her own home, school and community.

Having excellent communication skills and maintaining a consistent and proactive approach, you will be part of the team providing personal care, helping her follow therapy programmes and social and leisure outings

Our client currently attends school and there may be the opportunity for some sessions in school. In the future there may be the opportunity to assist our client on overnights stays.

The successful candidate will encourage and support her to access all these opportunities and more.
