  • Based in Newport
  • 22.5 hours a week - £14,266.21 (£23,460 FTE)
  • Fixed Term until 31st December 2019

The Steps Ahead Project Officer will work with people over the age of 25 who are long term unemployed or economically inactive to get work or move nearer to the job market by helping them access training, placements and skills. The work will include a focus on economically inactive over 54, people for BME communities, carers, jobless households, low skills and work limiting health conditions across Torfaen, and Caerphilly. This role sits within Charter’s Community Regeneration’s Social and Economic Inclusion Team. For more details please see the role profile.
