Pobl is part of the Pobl Group and we provide over 5,000 well maintained homes which people can live in, at rents which are affordable to them. Pobl cares about the things which are important in the lives of our tenants and want to make sure their communities are safe and attractive places to live.

What will you do?

You will manage rent accounts to ensure that income from rent/service charges is maximised for the organisation and ensure that, with the help of internal and external partners, tenants receive all the help they need to sustain their tenancies.

Who are we looking for? (for more detail see Role Profile):

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team and to shape the way we manage income collection in the future. We are looking for someone who can evidence experience of managing rent accounts within the social housing sector and who understands the needs of social housing tenants.
