Following the relocation of our Finance Transactions team to Swansea, we now have several opportunities within the team. This is a rare opportunity to be part of and help build a truly high performing team.

We are looking for people who can bring their passion, expertise and skills to the team and business. Ideally, we’d like people who have experience of working in either cashbook, accounts payable or receivable. Knowledge of the housing or charity sector would be beneficial but not essential.

How can I make a difference?

Assist the Financial Controller (Reporting and Compliance) in delivering the Transactional element of the Finance Strategy, ensuring the Group’s potential is fully exploited and that the vision is delivered.

You will be responsible for inputting and completing the day to day financial transactions of the business into our financial and housing systems; managing payments; chasing outstanding debtors; and completing reconciliations. Working with the business to ensure financial transactions flow smoothly through our systems.

The roles available are:

* Finance Assistant Accounts Receivable
* Finance Assistant Accounts Payable
* Finance Assistant Cash Book
* Finance Assistant Rents

For this role a “Difference maker” has:

* Experience of working with computerised finance
* The ability to record and process data accurately. systems
* A methodical approach to handling data from various sources.
* Excellent numeracy skills
* Knowledge and experience of working with Excel
