Smartpro have an exciting opportunity for Telemarketing Appointment Setters to join our clients rapidly growing Welsh company based in Porth

This is a fantastic opportunity for driven sales professionals to join their unique call centre in the Rhondda Valleys.

You will be required to contact individuals from approved marketing companies in order to generate appointments for their sales force.

You will need strong communications skills and the willingness to work in a fast paced, target driven environment

This role does NOT involve cold calling


* To generate appointments for the UK Sales team
* Set appointments through warm qualified leads using approved business data
* Use a CRM system to capture customer data
* Build a strong rapport with clients and effectively handle objections

The Successful Candidate

* Will have excellent communication skills along with clear and eloquent telephone manner
* Must be resilient, confident and sales driven
* Previous experience in telephone sales
* Previous sales experience

Hours of Work

Monday to Thursday 9.30am- 6.30pm

Friday 9.30am - 1pm

Pay Rate

£17,000 p/a basic + uncapped commission OTE £25-£30,000 p/a
