Opportunity for an export administrator to join an award-winning company who are about to embark on a large multi-million expansion project for their current site. The role will involve the sales administrator ensuring that all sales orders are processed efficiently for their international customer base and that all relevant paperwork and documentation is completed.
Your responsibilities as the export administrator will include:
* Processing technical sales orders via a CRM system
* Customer communication to advise of delivery dates, etc.
* Liaising with logistics and transport companies
* Compiling all required export documentation
* Handling incoming customer enquiries
To be successful in your application for the export sales administrator position, you will need to have the following skills and experience:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment
* Experience of processing customer orders for the export marketplace and ensuring all relevant documentation is completed
* Experience in communicating with customers
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
In return, the export administrator will receive a salary of £20,000 – £23,000 (dependent on experience) + pension, healthcare, etc.
