What is special about this opportunity?

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to start your career in support. The role is a rewarding one with a variety of projects that cover homelessness, young people, offender services and complex needs. You will be joining a successful support network where you will receive the support from your Manager and colleagues and you will be able to build positive working relationships with agencies, the council and wider community.

You will be expected to assist the Project Workers in delivering a tenancy related support service to our clients. Our Pobl teams provide support to people to develop the key skills needed to prevent homelessness, improve financial capability and to develop the skills to settle in the community and achieve positive progression. You will play a vital part in enabling people to achieve their goals and empower them to lead independent lives. Being part of this is highly rewarding. This is a permanent role. Actual salary based on 18 hours per week will be £8,188.

Your hours will be allocated on a rota basis.

For this role you will require an Enhanced DBS check, which we pay for.

You will build positive relationships by helping them make a transition into independent living and advise on move on options. You will provide practical advice with regards to day to day living skills.
