We are looking for an HR all-rounder to join our growing company as HR Officer.

CMC Ltd provide a bespoke Case Management service for adults and children with a range of life-changing conditions, such as Cerebral Palsy and Acquired Brain Injury.

An important part of our service is the recruitment and management of hand-picked care teams on behalf of our clients.

These may consist of just 1 part time support worker, right up to a team of 16 providing 24/7 2:1 care. We currently manage around 40 Support Workers/Carers and expect this number to rise.

We are looking for a proactive individual with strong generalist HR experience, preferably in the Social Care sector.  They will join a small, friendly team based at our office in Miskin.

This rewarding and interesting role is ideal for a HR professional who enjoys working in a busy environment, using their initiative to meet deadlines and who thrives on no two days being the same.

The successful candidate will be a team player, with highly effective organisational skills, first class interpersonal skills and the confidence to lead when needed.

They will work closely with the Operations Director and existing Office Administrator to continue to develop the HR function within CMC. 

Skills/ Experience

  • CIPD qualified preferred
  • Ideally from a social care/health background
  • Proven HR experience
  • Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
  • Highly effective organisational skills
  • First class interpersonal skills
  • Customer -focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • A high level of numeracy
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiasm and drive
