Job Elements

The successful applicant will join a small team of Project Engineers reporting to the Site Engineering Manager.

·Develop, evaluate & improve methods of filling & packaging of products.

·Design, plan, install & commission new production lines & equipment to manage future business needs.

·The implementation of new products on to existing & new production lines.

·Work with the Quality department to achieve and help improve their standards within the Production Centre.

·Organise & plan around production schedules to achieve set maintenance periods.

·Lead & reduce product change over times on production lines.

·To manage a team of Multi-skilled Engineers.

·Source & manage contractual labour as required.

What the company is looking for in the successful candidate:

·Degree or HNC level qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

·Experience of working in a production/packaging environment.

·A good communicator with the ability to liaise with all departments throughout site.

·Self-motivated, with a desire to solve problems & assist in improving production uptime & quality.
