We are looking for either an experienced HR administrator or a HR student who is looking for an opportunity to enhance their operational experience within our busy recruitment team.

We are in the process of transforming the way we work, having just implemented a new state of the art recruitment system. So, you’ll be part of the this team during an exciting period of change, where you will experience an innovative transformation to a new way of working which has our customer and candidate experiences at the forefront of what we do.

We are looking for support from December to May, and you’ll be based on the High street of Newport a few meters from the train station. You will primarily be involved in the processing of candidate paperwork, updating our recruitment system, and contacting our candidates and their referees to help us complete our recruitment process and altering staff records. You need to be flexible and adaptable as you could find yourself working across the department where necessary. You need to be studying for a HR qualification or have previous experience of working in a HR team.

You must be a good communicator, with an ability to build strong relationships with people over the phone. You must be a good problem solver and be comfortable using completing data entry using various IT systems, including Microsoft Outlook, word and excel.
