We are currently recruiting a Learning Support Assistant with experience of working with pupils with VI (Visual Impairment).

The post is full time (5 days a week) and is a long term position which could last for the remainder of the academic year. Ideally you will have experience working with Children with VI in a school based environment and have experience of modifying resources to aid children with VI.

The successful candidate will work within a VI resource base in one of Cardiff's most respected Secondary schools. They will be working both on a 1:1 basis and in small groups with children with VI. Experience modifying resources for Children with VI is not essential as training will be given, what is essential is excellent IT skills and experience working with Children with VI.
