Head of Working Wales Programme

Location: Ocean Park House, Cardiff

Hours: 37 hours per week

Basic salary: senior salary (negotiable) plus car uplift of £3000 per annum with option to exchange this for a company car after successful completion of 6 month probationary period.

Additional Benefits: generous holiday package up to 40 days per annum, contributory pension scheme, health care and death in service plan and much more. 

We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual who has significant experience in a senior leadership role within the training sector to lead our Working Wales programme delivery across Wales.

The successful candidate will ensure that young people in Wales with multiple and significant barriers to employment are given the best possible chance to succeed.

The role will involve leading on the development, implementation and management of the Welsh Government’s new Working Wales programme taking responsibility for delivery of the programme across Wales, through ACT’s network of partners, and providing leadership and operational management of all of ACT’s internal delivery across multiple sites.
