About us

Linc ICT team are a dynamic team of Techies and Analysts and our mission is to deliver robust, quality business systems and IT solutions across the organisation. We do this by putting the user at the heart of everything we do and promoting a culture of engagement and ownership.

Continuing our journey in delivering Microsoft Business solutions across the organisation, we are embarking on a high-profile project to implement MS Dynamics 365 as our core EMS.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experienced MS Dynamics specialist to support the implementation and on-going development of MS Dynamics CRM 365.

This exciting role involves working alongside suppliers and key stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and integrity of the solution. Ability to work effectively as an individual and part of a team, meet tight deadlines, and prioritise workloads in a fast-paced environment is a must.

Agile experience is a bonus, but not a deal breaker, as we will provide the necessary training and coaching into how we work, deliver, reflect and evolve (as Agile teams should!)

What you’ll be doing

This is a critical, hands-on technical role and you’ll be involved in the entire project lifecycle from scoping through to implementation – including:

  • Configuration and set up, ensuring all new features and processes are built efficiently and fit for purpose.
  • Pre and post implementation support, providing expertise to implement new capability and functionality of the CRM platform.
  • User management and administration, providing user setup support and role management to end users.
  • On-boarding new users, providing training and ongoing support to new and existing end users.
  • Providing adhoc reporting in MS Dynamics and Excel as required.
