Brackla in Bridgend

We are looking for an enthusiastic Cook on a permanent, part-time basis. You will work 19 hours a week (over a two week rota) including weekend and bank holiday work. Paying £8.55 per hour depending on experience.

You'll be joining a dynamic team who are passionate about making a difference to the organisation. To be successful in this role you will need to have the skills and knowledge to communicate clearly and provide a first class service to tenants. You will ensure that tenants are provided with healthy options when preparing and cooking lunch and evening meals.

This is a permanent role working 19 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have

- Ability to work without supervision

- Have a practical approach

- Able to work at short notice when required

- Available between Saturday and Wednesday

Where You’ll Be Working

Arosfa retirement home, based in Bridgend. It is a modern centrally heated building situated in Brackla. It has ten self-contained studio apartments which are available to rent by single persons over the age of 55. Arosfa is not a residential home and residents live independently in their own flat, with access to a communal lounge/dining room, launderette and gardens. .
