What is special about this opportunity?

This position is a fixed 12 month contract

How can I make a difference?

You will be responsible for ensuring our homes remain compliant with our electrical testing and inspection regimes for all our properties and blocks. You will be committed to providing excellent customer service along with understanding the legal requirements of our properties and estates to ensure that they are safe for occupation, the environment and the wider community. You will identify and co-ordinate the scheduling and overall management of our electrical testing program, liaise with our external contractors and internal partners, work across different teams arranging access and update our records to show that we are compliant.

Who are we looking for?

Whilst a good understanding of our legal requirements for electrical testing and inspection is important, we are also looking for someone with

* Strong communication skills
* A positive attitude
* The ability to work flexibly and collaboratively with colleagues within Pobl Group.
* A good understanding of health & safety and the experience of programming in a maintenance environment.
* Skilled in the ability to manage contracts with contractors/suppliers and will be someone who embraces working in a fast paced and changing environment.
